Product Use & Liability Disclaimer

All items sold by Castle Bound Supply Co. are decorative in nature and intended for display purposes only.

We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from:

• Improper installation (including wall-mounted items such as clocks)

• Mishandling or misuse

• Incorrect cleaning or maintenance

• Failure to follow basic safety precautions

Wall-mounted or hanging items must be securely installed using appropriate hardware for the wall type. Installation is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Materials, Finishes & Liability

Our products may be finished using commercial-grade stains, paints, UV printing, and curing processes. As with many decorative and handcrafted items, individual responses to materials may vary.

Castle Bound Supply Co. is not responsible for reactions, damage, or issues resulting from product materials, finishes, improper use, installation, handling, or care.

By purchasing from Castle Bound Supply Co., you agree that we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products.
