1. I just placed my order, can I change it?

At this time, no changes can be made to your order after it is placed, as all sales are final. This includes address changes. Please be sure to double check all spelling on personalized items before checking out.  
There is a $25 restocking fee for ANY cancelled items.


2. Which shipping option should I choose?

All items are shipped USPS Priority, or for larger packages, UPS.  Castle Bound Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. All questions concerning lost, delayed or damaged packages must be handled with USPS.


3. How long will it take to get my order?

Turnaround times are as follows:
Ears : 4 weeks
Home Decor/Signs : 4 - 5 weeks
Clocks : 6 weeks

4. Do you ship Internationally? 

Due to COVID-19, we have currently had to suspend international shipping. We hope to be able to offer international shipping again soon! 


5. Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. Please contact us at info@castleboundsupplyco.com if you have any questions.


6. My order arrived and is not correct or damaged, what do I do?

While we hope this problem never occurs, the unexpected can happen.  If for some reason you receive your order and it is not what you ordered or damaged, please leave all product(s) in the package just as you received them and send an email to info@castleboundsupplyco.com.  Once the product has been removed, we are no longer responsible for the integrity of the item. We will then email you instructions on how to return your item,  Once your item is received, we will start processing the exchange.  All ears are secured to the box for safety of the product and once they have been removed, there is no way to ensure their safe delivery back to us.  If you have any questions, please email us at info@castleboundsupplyco.com
