1. I just placed my order, can I change it?

At this time, no changes can be made to your order after it is placed, as all sales are final. This includes address changes. Please be sure to double check all spelling on personalized items before checking out.  
There is a $25 restocking fee for ANY cancelled items.


2. Which shipping option should I choose?

All items are shipped USPS Priority, or for larger packages, UPS.  Castle Bound Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages. All questions concerning lost, delayed or damaged packages must be handled with the shipping carrier.


3. How long will it take to get my order?

Turnaround times are as follows:
Ears : 4 weeks
Home Decor/Signs : 4 - 5 weeks
Clocks : 6 weeks

We do not offer rush shipping at this time. All orders will be updated with a tracking number as soon as they ship.
**Please note : Turn around times are working days (Monday - Friday). Weekends & holidays are not included.

4. Do you ship Internationally? 

Due to COVID-19, we have currently had to suspend international shipping. We hope to be able to offer international shipping again soon! 

Please note : Any extra charges or fees incurred on international shipments are the customer's responsibility.


5. I placed multiple orders, can I combine shipping?

We ship orders as they are completed, so orders cannot be combined. Unfortunately, we do not have the storage space to hold orders while waiting for others to be completed. This includes multiple orders from the same sale.


6. Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. Please contact us at info@castleboundsupplyco.com if you have any questions.


7. My order arrived and is not correct or is damaged, what do I do?

While we hope this problem never occurs, the unexpected can happen. If for some reason you receive your order and it is not what you ordered or is damaged, please leave all product(s) in the package just as you received them and send an email to info@castleboundsupplyco.com within 7 days of receiving your package. After the 7 day window, no exceptions will be made, so please be sure to inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. Once the product has been removed, we are no longer responsible for the integrity of the item. Should we decide your item is eligible for return, it must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the package. All ears are secured to the box for safety of the product and once they have been removed, there is no way to ensure their safe delivery back to us.  If you have any questions, please email us at info@castleboundsupplyco.com
