Q - Can I make changes to my order?
A - No changes can be made to your order after it is placed, as all sales are final.* This includes address changes. Please be sure to double check all spelling on personalized items before checking out.
*Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There is a $25 cancellation fee.
Q - What is your turnaround time?
A - All items have a 4-5 week turnaround time. We do not offer rush shipping at this time. All orders ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground and will be updated with tracking information when they ship.
**Please note : Turn around times are working days (Monday - Friday). Weekends & holidays are not included.
Q - Do you ship Internationally?
A - Due to shipping delays with COVID-19, we have currently had to suspend international shipping. We hope to be able to offer international shipping again soon! Please note, any duty / import fees are the customer's responsibility.
Q - I placed multiple orders, can I combine shipping?
A - Orders cannot be combined for shipping. In order to preserve the integrity of of products, we often ship multi-item orders separately.
Q - I've only received part of my order, where is the rest?
A - In order to preserve the integrity of of products, we often ship multi-item orders separately. You will receive a separate email with tracking for the remaining item(s).
Q - My package is missing, what do I do?
A - If your package has not been received within 15 days of shipping, reach out to us via email for assistance at email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.
Q - I forgot to enter my discount code at checkout, can you add it to my order?
A - We cannot add discount codes / coupon codes after an order has been placed.
Q - Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?
A - We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Q - What do I do if there is an issue with my order?
A - If there is an issue with you order, please send an email with your order number as the subject line to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 7 days of receiving your package. After the 7 day window, no exceptions will be made.
