FAQ's

 

 1. I just placed my order, can I change it?

At this time no changes can be made to your order after it is placed.  So please be sure to double check your cart before checking out.  This includes address changes. 

 

2. Which shipping option should I choose?

We currently offer 2 options at checkout:  Standard Shipping (with tracking) and Priority with tracking and insurance.  Standard Shipping is shipped first class and does include tracking, while with Priority you get tracking and insurance up to $100.  Castle Bound Supply Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages - so please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping preference at checkout, as First Class does not include insurance.  All questions concerning lost, delayed or damaged packages must be handled with USPS.

 

3. How long will it take to get my order?

All items are shipped 3 weeks after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated.  We DO NOT offer rush shipping at this time. All orders will be updated with a tracking number as soon as they ship.  Have questions?  Contact us at castleboundsupplyco@gmail.com.

 

4. Do you ship Internationally? 

We sure do!  Shipping is calculated at checkout.  Shipping times will vary from country to country.  Any custom fees, taxes or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and are in no way linked to Castle Bound Supply Co.

 

5. Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.

6. My order arrived and is not correct or damaged, what do I do?

While we hope this problem never occurs, the unexpected can happen.  If for some reason you receive your order and it is not what you ordered or damaged, please leave all product(s) in the package just as you received them and send an email to castleboundsupplyco@gmail.com.  Once the product has been removed, we are no longer responsible for the integrity of the item. We will then email you instructions on how to return your item,  Once your item is received, we will start processing the exchange.  All ears are secured to the box for safety of the product and once they have been removed, there is no way to ensure their safe delivery back to us.  If you have any questions, please email us at castleboundsupplyco@gmail.com
