Frequently Asked Questions

Q - Can I make changes to my order?

A - No changes can be made to your order after it is placed, as all sales are final. This includes address changes. Please be sure to double check all spelling on personalized items before checking out.  
*Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There is a $25 cancellation fee. 

Q - What is your turnaround time?

A - All items have a 4-5 week turnaround time. We do not offer rush shipping at this time. All orders ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground and will be updated with tracking information when they ship.

Q - Do your items come with hanging hardware?

A - Due to liability and in order to keep our decor apartment-friendly, hanging hardware is not included. Clocks are the only exception to this. 

Q - Do you ship Internationally? 

A - Due to shipping delays with COVID-19, we have currently had to suspend international shipping. We hope to be able to offer international shipping again soon! Please note, any duty / import fees are the customer's responsibility.

Q - I placed multiple orders, can I combine shipping?

A - Orders cannot be combined for shipping. In order to preserve the integrity of our products, we often ship multi-item orders separately. 


Q - I've only received part of my order, where is the rest?

A - In order to preserve the integrity of our products, we often ship multi-item orders separately. You will receive a separate email with tracking for the remaining item(s).

Q - My package is missing, what do I do?

A - If your package has not been received within 15 days of shipping, reach out to us via email for assistance at info@castleboundsupplyco.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Q - I forgot to enter my discount code at checkout, can you add it to my order?

A - We cannot add discount codes / coupon codes after an order has been placed.

Q - Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

A - We do not accept returns or exchanges, as all sales are final. Should there be an exception made to this, a $25 return / restocking fee will apply. 

Q - What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

A - If there is an issue with your order, please send an email with your order number as the subject line to info@castleboundsupplyco.com within 7 days of receiving your package. After the 7-day window, no exceptions will be made.
